Due to the graphic nature of the Museum, it is recommended that all children be at least 11 years old. Guests should wear appropriate attire to crawl through an exhibit, however there are alternate, handicapped accessible routes available.

The museum is closed on the following holidays:
New Year's Day, First Day of Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day
